All of our paperwork for Audrey Mae is completed. We have just been waiting to receive TA and then CA. TA is basically authorization for us to travel and CA is our consulate appointment.
We think we're going to be traveling late May.
While we wait, we are doing a lot of planning, some early packing (which mainly entails food as one of us has food allergies and another is on a blended diet), and trying to get this house built. Life is crazy, crazy, crazy. Most days after therapy, Eva and I are running around town getting building supplies and most evenings after Daniel gets home from work we all go out to the site and work until it's dark. And Eva has Botox injections this week in Kansas. Crazy, I tell ya.
Eva is a good traveling buddy. And look how she's growing! We've had to order a taller booster seat for this gal.
We have windows, doors, and skylights!
Here's Eva, plopped down in the living room. Every time we get ready to take a picture now, she gives us a big grin and says, "I like coffee!" What a girl:)
The dining room.
The kitchen.
The under-the-stairs espresso station.
One of the things I really like about the house is that you can see straight through from the front door to the back.
We now have HVAC duct laid out and our roof is insulated.
Check out our upstairs guest rooms:) I'm pretty excited about the vaulted ceilings
