A Groove

The groove is in sight.  We are still renting an unaccessible house that is back on the market and are busy with the never ending list of things to complete on our Dabney House.  We are usually quite disheveled and barefooted.  I was late picking Eva up from therapy today for maybe the first time ever.  The girls still have appointments that need to be scheduled.  One of us is still jet lagged.  And we're probably watching too many movies, but...Eva is happily back to her weekly therapy schedule and Audrey is sleeping through the night.  The espresso machine is a champ.  Daniel and I are never both cranky on the same day.  Most of us are bathing regularly and nobody is missing any meals.  Including the animals.  Friends, I call that success.

Still have lots of trips out to the Dabney House

And lots of time in the car.
But that's alright.  The commute is pretty and the company is sweet.

And while someone might have forgotten it was Father's day until Sunday afternoon, she at least had the good sense to get the Patriarch his own blueberry cheesecake.
